Gareth and his team are fabulous, highly recommend without hesitation. We had conifers, garden hedging cut back, reduced in height and a Beech tree crowned. They are a hard working team, extremely professional, polite and a pleasure to have working on your premises. They have done a marvellous job, it’s made such a difference and they did a great job of clearing away afterwards, the garden looks so neat and tidy when they finished. Fantastic and very professional service provided to us by Dr Jones Tree Surgery Ltd. Having been let down by another company we contacted Gareth to trim back an oak tree subject to a TPO as dangerously overhanging our property and having got the appropriate authorisation from EHDC we needed a fast service Gareth and his team met with us straight away, provided a quote same day and was able to fit us in the very next day due to a cancellation which suited us perfectly. Arrived on time, got to work immediately and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Their skill and speed were breath-taking to watch, and cleared up all the debris afterwards. Also took extra time to cut up some of the logs for our fire. First class work by highly skilled friendly team. We couldn’t h ave asked for more! Will 100% use again Would recommend to everyone. Gareth and his crew worked on a huge project for my parents, and my parents cannot praise their work enough. They are constantly telling me how during the process of removing some incredibly large trees, the team were courteous, efficient and so tidy that you wouldn't have known that they'd been.
